When you submit the consultation form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, and project description you provide. We do not require any other personal information to contact you. The site uses standard server logs and, when analytics is enabled, Google Analytics to understand traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device type, browser, and IP address; we use it only in aggregate and it does not tell us who you are. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your request, schedule a consultation, and follow up about your project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the service that delivers our email (so your message reaches us) and only as needed to reply.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing nick@bergcustombuilds.com. If you call or text (704) 651-2174, we keep only what we need to follow up on your request.

No binding estimate

Pricing ranges, timelines, and descriptions on this site are general guidance, not a quote. A binding estimate comes only in writing after an in-home consultation. Project photos represent past work; your project will be scoped and priced on its own.

Content and accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free. Material and code references reflect general practice in the Charlotte, NC area and may change. All site content, including photographs of our work, is the property of Berg Custom Builds and may not be reused without permission.

Insurance

Berg Custom Builds carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance in North Carolina. Certificates are available on request before any work begins.
